We accept unworn/unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 10 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

· Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error. However, we do certainly want you to be happy with your purchase, if we didn't get something right please message us -- we will work out a reasonable solution!

· Earrings are non-returnable.

Please contact us before you send your pieces back to us:

· Please pack the item carefully with original packaging + and include your name and order number in the package

· Please send items being returned in a bubble mailer envelope (so items do not become damaged in the mail)

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to refund shipping costs or provide a return label.

Please take care of your new jewelry. Jewelry chains are fragile by nature so we recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping or any strenuous activity. With the correct care your jewelry can last a lifetime.

We are happy to offer a free repair service, should your item break within the first 30 days of wear. Only fee you would have to cover is return shipping costs (back to us).
